PACIFIC SPECTRUM ENVIRONMENTAL Research and Consultancy, Inc. (PSEnvi) was formed in July 2001 by a group of environmental professionals coming from the various fields of science and engineering. The members of the group initially met years ago at the University of the Philippines-Diliman. Most have been involved in environmental engineering research and consultancy projects undertaken for various industrial companies and government institutions working as project managers or technical associates. Environmental Consultants for Securing ECC from EMB

Pacific Spectrum Environmental are Environmental Consultants for Securing an Environmental Compliance Certificate or ECC from the Environmental Management Bureau, EMB. To secure an ECC from the EMB, one needs to conduct an environmental impact assessment or EIA of the proposed project (or existing project if it is operating without an ECC).

The environmental impact assessment includes a description of the existing environmental conditions of the proposed location. The environmental impacts and corresponding mitigating measures shall be identified and written in a report format of the EMB which can either be an Initial Environmental Examination Report (IEER), Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) or Environmental Performance Report and Management Plan (EPRMP).

Pacific Spectrum Environmental has provided technical and liaising services to secure a Certificate of Environmental Compliance Commitment from the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) for more than 50 projects in different industries already.
