PACIFIC SPECTRUM ENVIRONMENTAL Research and Consultancy, Inc. (PSEnvi) was formed in July 2001 by a group of environmental professionals coming from the various fields of science and engineering. The members of the group initially met years ago at the University of the Philippines-Diliman. Most have been involved in environmental engineering research and consultancy projects undertaken for various industrial companies and government institutions working as project managers or technical associates. The members have acquired vast experience on various environmental undertakings through environmental research, treatment process design and assessment, waste management, environmental sampling and monitoring, cleaner production and, environmental impact and risk assessments.

Pacific Spectrum Environmental Secures Environmental Permits and Licenses for Tune Hotels Philippines (Red Planet Hotel)

Red Planet Hotels was founded in 2010 and is one of the fastest growing chain within the limited service hospitality sector.

Red Planet Hotels have partnered with Tune Hotels through a franchise agreement encompassing much of South East Asia namely China, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Thailand and Philippines.

Pacific Spectrum Environmental Environmental Engineering and Consultanty (PSEnvi) has successfully helped Red Planet Hotels to acquire their Certificate of Non-Coverage (CNC) from the Environmental Management Bureau of the Department of the Environment and Natural Resources (EMB-DENR) and LLDA Clearance (LC) from the Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) for four (4) proposed Tune Hotels within Metro Manila as of 1st quarter of 2013.
