PACIFIC SPECTRUM ENVIRONMENTAL Research and Consultancy, Inc. (PSEnvi) was formed in July 2001 by a group of environmental professionals coming from the various fields of science and engineering. The members of the group initially met years ago at the University of the Philippines-Diliman. Most have been involved in environmental engineering research and consultancy projects undertaken for various industrial companies and government institutions working as project managers or technical associates. The members have acquired vast experience on various environmental undertakings through environmental research, treatment process design and assessment, waste management, environmental sampling and monitoring, cleaner production and, environmental impact and risk assessments.

Philippine Economiz Zone Authority (PEZA) Engineering Permit Requirements

Pacific Spectrum Environmental also engages in the preparation of application for PEZA engineering permits. PEZA Engineering Permits are needed before construction and operation on facilities located in PEZA Economic Zones. These permits include the building, sanitary/plumbing, mechanical, fencing, and electrical permits for new construction. Occupancy permits, mechanical and electrical permit to operate, fire safety inspection certificate, meanwhile, are needed before the facility can start the operation. PNP National Police (PNP) Permit and Reportial Requirements

Pacific Spectrum Environmental also engages in permit and reportorial requirements for the Philippine National Police especially on explosives and explosive ingredients. This includes the License to Possess which is needed in order to possess/store explosives/explosives ingredients being monitored by PNP such as nitric acid, nitrates and chlorates. This license is a requirement in applying for a Permit to Purchase. A Permit to Purchase is needed in order to purchase these ingredients. Aside from these permits, we also liase submission of monthly consumption reports thru PNP crame if you’re from NCR, or thru Provincial, Regional and Crame if you’re from the provinces.
