PACIFIC SPECTRUM ENVIRONMENTAL Research and Consultancy, Inc. (PSEnvi) was formed in July 2001 by a group of environmental professionals coming from the various fields of science and engineering. The members of the group initially met years ago at the University of the Philippines-Diliman. Most have been involved in environmental engineering research and consultancy projects undertaken for various industrial companies and government institutions working as project managers or technical associates. The members have acquired vast experience on various environmental undertakings through environmental research, treatment process design and assessment, waste management, environmental sampling and monitoring, cleaner production and, environmental impact and risk assessments.

Golden Bay Grain Terminal Corporation (GBGTC) was formed in 2011 and it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of San Miguel Mills, Inc. (SMMI) which one of the business lines of San Miguel Pure Foods Company Inc. (SMPFC).

GBGTC was formed to handle and manage ports engaged in grain handling, its trade among others. Indian Finance Consultant (iMaCS) Seeks Pacific Spectrum Environmental Assistance

ICRA Management Consulting Services Ltd. (IMaCS), an India based financial consulting firm, has been appointed by PPPCenterhas to determing the viability of undertaking the improvement or rehabilitation of Quirino Highway which traverses the provinces of Quezon, Camarines Norte and Camarines Sur by boosting the economy of the region.

PSEnvi drafted an Initial Environmental Examination Report (IEER) to help IMaCS with the environmental part of the assessment.

Puerto Galera Completes Its Waste Analysis and Composition Study (WACS) With the Help of Pacific Spectrum Environmental

Puerto Galera is 1st Class Municipality located in Mindoro Oriental, Philippines. It is well known for its resorts, dive spots and beautiful beaches.

The municipality recently forged its solid waste management plan (SWMP) which required it to perform a Waste Analysis and Characterization Study (WACS) by virtue of RA 9003.

Pacific Spectrum Environmental (PSEnvi) was commissioned by the Municipality of Puerto Galera to conduct its WACS for the formulation of its SWMP.

In 1973, Benguet Electric Cooperative Inc. (BENECO) was organized and was granted nu the National Electrification Commission as the sole entity to supply electricity to Baguio City for 50 years.
